Environmental Systems Analysis (GEO 7313)

Environmental systems are the sum of human-environment interactions across the geosphere, atmosphere, hydrosphere, and biosphere. This course examines both biophysical and social components of environmental systems, with a focus on global change drivers, ecosystem processes, and system feedbacks. Our discussions and analyses will use a geographic perspective where we will examine the scientific, political, cultural, and economic aspects of environmental systems across multiple scales.
